Company: Group restaurants and delicatessens, looking for its restaurants, in the heart of London, a public relations and reception.
- Managing bookings and reservations
- Correspondence with guests in regards with restaurants / bookings and events enquiries
- Reception of guests and allocation of bookings and walk ins during service
- Organizing and executing events and outside caterings
- Assisting in Local Marketing strategies
- Reporting on restaurant productivity / maximizing restaurant operation through efficient reservation management
This is a guest oriented role, where candidates will learn a lot about guest service, but there is an administrative part to it, where they will develop organisation & management skills, ICT, database, marketing, time management, communication skills.
High level in english. Available for 2 to 6 months.
