- Solving the different customer queries in English for the American and English-speaking market via email (no phone or chat).
- Solving several types of customer related issues, including the logistics area.
- Keeping the Help Center up to date
- Taking part in Host company continuous improvement by sharing thoughts and customer feedback.
- Improving customer satisfaction rate
- Improving first reply time
- Solving problems in a timely manner
- Sharing customer feedback with the team
- Finding new ways to continuously make improvements within the team
We are we looking for someone with:
- Native English, especially written
- Basic level of Spanish
- German or French is a huge plus
- High Excel level, Internet and Office package
- Great ability to solve problems
