O Receiving calls
O Administrative tasks: invoicing, archives, internal documentation ...
O Internal visits with clients (companies and particulars)
O Marketing and Advertising. Pack Office Notions or Advertising Programs
O Commercial Action Plans
O Welcome guests to the Restaurant at lunchtime.
O Coordination with other departments
O Customer Contact
O Management of suggestions and complaints
Start in August or September, 5 months at least mandatory
