Responsibilities
Below is the range of jobs that you may be involved (trained):
Book Keeping Duties: Processing sales and purchase invoices, manage income statement (variety different types of income: card, cheque, BACS, PayPal), manage Daily petty cash account, Bank reconciliation, expenditure reconciliation. Keep financial data up to date in company’s accounting software.
Financial Accounts duties: Use Company’s accounting software to product financial report Assisting with preparation of monthly profit and loss account and balance sheet, Assisting with budgeting and cash flow forecast control, Answering customer and business partner’s financial queries, Assisting with prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns
Management Accounts Duties: Assisting with pricing company new product, Existing Product Profitability analysis, company’s Management account preparation, other analysis upon request
Processing payroll by using PAYE tool, chasing unpaid invoices

Recruitment process
First Skype interview with PIC Management and presentation of vacancies. Confirm the vacancy with your school (internship agreement) and activate your application.
Fee charged only once the internship is secured with the host company you previously chose. 385 euros for a 3 months internship, 15 euros/additional week
