Description

Every day, more than 5000 nights are booked by students from 175 nationalities in 33 different cities on our partner's website. Our Operations team that embraces 14 nationalities and works across 6 different languages, ensures that every interaction with customers is focused in improving the student and landlord experience, so that room search becomes as easy as buying a flight ticket.

You will be part of an energetic, rigorous and service driven support team tasked with handling all back office and operational requests from the Key Account Managers. You must be fluent in speaking and writing Spanish and English. Other languages are not required but are a bonus. You need to be hungry to sell and ready to take ownership of a role that has a direct impact on business performance.

Responsibilities

In this role, your mission is:

  • Revise, change and make sure all listings are consistent and in line with the landlord requirements;

  • Follow up with the Photography and Onboarding teams anytime a new listing is published;

  • Update properties availabilities, every week, so that landlords can receive accurate bookings requests;

  • Help our Customers team manage complaints for KAs;

  • Update the Accounts’ profile file whenever an issue is raised with the landlord;

  • Keep the drive organized and up to date and per market;

  • Support the Key Account Managers with small issues requested by the landlord.

Profile required

Your track record:

  • Fluent in German + English - written and spoken - (extra languages are considered a plus!);

  • International-minded (having studied or lived abroad is a plus);

  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel;

  • Bachelor degree is a plus.

Your style:

  • Strong organization and execution skills - multi-tasking is your first nature;

  • Drive for high performance and smashing targets - You keep pushing, trying new approaches and never give up;

  • Great communication skills - usually you are the one introducing everyone around and making sure everyone is at ease. You get comfortable in communication face to face, over the phone or in writing;

  • You're patient and you never lose your temper, even under pressure;

What else do you need to know?

  • This is an entry-level role based in Lisbon;

  • You will report to your Team Lead;

  • You will start on a 3 or 6 month fixed term contract;

  • For this position, we do not sponsor working visas, but we offer a relocation package in case you are not in Portugal;

  • You must be available to work 40 hours a week, comprised within 08h00 and 20h00.
