    Description

    You will assist the department with the following tasks:

    • be able to use the hotelier system Opera (especially the groups and events functions)
    • use english fluently ( both written and spoken form)
    • take care of the internal events
    • collect and process the relevant information about the events
    • help with group reservations (communicate with clients or travel agents directly, create the reservation and provide customer assistance after the arrival of the group)
    • communicate with various departments in the hotel and be in close touch with the heads of the departments
    • handle all the necessary paper work and administration

    According to your skills additional tasks could be included.
