    Main responsibilities:

    • Solving the different customer queries in English for the American and English-speaking market via email (no phone or chat).
    • Solving several types of customer related issues, including the logistics area.
    • Keeping the Help Center up to date
    • Taking part in Host company continuous improvement by sharing thoughts and customer feedback.

    Position KPI´s:

    • Improving customer satisfaction rate
    • Improving first reply time
    • Solving problems in a timely manner
    • Sharing customer feedback with the team
    • Finding new ways to continuously make improvements within the team

    We are we looking for someone with:

    • Native English, especially written
    • Basic level of Spanish
    • German or French is a huge plus
    • High Excel level, Internet and Office package
    • Great ability to solve problems
