Description

After an intensive training in research methods and database management, you will work with the Leisure Hosted Buyer Team learning all aspects of department business in order to support the team in a variety of duties all aimed at achieving targets for next year.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Market Research
    Calling potential buyers from all over the World to invite to the Forums
    Contacting Forum attendees and validating details
    Providing administrative support to the Hosted Buyer department
    Assisting with the admin logistics before each Forum
    To maintain and update our database e.g. with new client details

Profile required

You have got a strong administration and organization skills and good in time management, and excellent computer skills. You are friendly & approachable and you possess strong/confident communication skills. You have ability to use social/networking platforms for research e.g. LinkedIn.

Recruitment process

First Skype interview with PIC Management and presentation of vacancies. Confirm the vacancy with your school (internship agreement) and activate your application.
Fee charged only once the internship is secured with the host company you previously chose. 370 euros for a 3 months internship, 15 euros/additional week
