this internship is a general assistance to the Singapore office of the host company. You'll assist in sales, business, events and administration tasks.
Responsibilities
Sales and Showroom Support
Updating projects and contact lists in Salesforce CRM and reference presentations for clients
Setting up showroom for tours and client visits
Attending sales or site meetings on occasion for experience
Tidying up quoting and presentation folders and downloading updated images from server
Supporting MD when travelling with some basic project management
Marketing and Events
Coordinating and organising client trips
Organising corporate gifts for clients
Liaising with marketing department for implementing social media strategies such as LinkedIn and newsletters
Admic Support
Supporting the Singapore office team with small deliveries/collections, and other ad-hoc errands
Conducting warehouse sample stocktake and update sample presentations
Monitoring inventory and ordering of material samples for APAC showrooms
Assisting in the hiring of new Interns and train them

The host company is an important German furniture brand.
Profile required
Must be fluent in German and English in both spoken and written
Keen to work in international business with German background
Motivated, ambitious and responsible

First Skype interview with PIC Management and presentation of vacancies. Confirm the vacancy with your school (internship agreement) and activate your application.
Fee charged only once the internship is secured with the host company you previously chose. 385 euros for a 3 months internship, 15 euros/aditional week
