- A multidisciplinary assistant (professional or internship)
- For the correct development of companies operations
- Part time (~20 hours/week) or full time (40 hours/week) with certain flexibility
- Start date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Development of administration and operations
- Investigate opportunities and contents
- Develop customer relationship management (CRM) activities.
- Develop understanding for brand's service and product position.
- Execute initiatives to launch or reactivate the client network
- Sales: contact (calling, email) follow-up, scheduling meetings with clients
- Development of cross-selling partnerships for complementary services/products
- Maintain and monitor wordpress website and social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Presentation preparation and polishing, layout and graphic design (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Workshop preparation and assistance
- Coordinate logistics, meetings, travel and event planning/booking, execution, and follow up
- Bookkeeping

Profile required
Minimum Requirements …
- Full proficient level of English in speaking & writing (non negotiable)
- Speaking and writing German & Spanish is considered a plus
- Highly structured and disciplined way of working.
- You can meet deadlines. Good planning, time management skills.
- Excellent team working skills in dynamic and multidisciplinary environments
- Excellent computer literacy (Office and/or iWork and/or Google Tools). You are a tech savy.
- Experienced with macOS system (we provide) or bring your own computer
- Experience in presentation creation (please send us a website with your portfolio or references)
- Experience with social media/content and WordPress (please send us your website and/or social media account)
Recruitment process
Erstes Skype Interview findet mit PIC Management statt, wobei wir dir alle verfügbaren und für dich passenden Stellen vorstellen. Danach entscheidest du dich für eine Praktikumsstelle und wir starten deinen Prozess. Unsere Vermittlungsgebühr fällt nur bei einer erfolgreichen Vermittlung an und beträgt 385€ für ein 3 Monate langes Praktikum, 15€ für jede zusätzliche Woche.
