English is required and knowledge of other languages will be valued. The tasks to be performed will be the following:
– Organization and coordination of arrivals
– Support to the guest during the stay
– Management of online booking platforms, Airbnb, Booking, Homeaway
– Monitoring and control of communication with the guest
– Presential check-in
Timetable: Monday to Friday 10am – 15pm / Tuesday to Saturday. (One shift per week)
