As intern, you will assist the Public Relations department in diferent aspects, such as:
• Direct contact with customers to know the opinion of their stay through an electronic questionnaire
• Prepare welcome letters and customer bonuses
• Manage Press List and Newspapers for VIP customers
• Review and preparation of events and sports information board
• Customer service by phone and in a personalized way in the office
• Sale and information of hotel services and excursions / leisure activities
• Pre-contact calls from VIP clients, follow-up of clients at home
• Review of VIP listings and allocation of VIP Attentions
• Hotel Reservations Management a-la-carte and customer confirmation
• Interdepartmental communication through Service Orders and failure parts of ST and Floors
Our partner is a five star dog friendly resort located in the south of Lanzarote. A Suite Hotel Resort in Canarian colonial style, where you will find all the services guests need for a dream holiday in the Canary Islands.
It is located on the south-east coast of the island of Lanzarote, in Playa Blanca, an old fishing village, on the first line to the beach and just ten minutes from the Marina "Marina Rubicon".
