PIC Management is recruiting Food and Beverage Interns for upscale hotels, resorts, and restaurants across the United States. This paid internship runs under the J-1 Exchange Visitor Program for a duration of 12 months.
Position Details
- Role: Food and Beverage Intern / Waiter
- Duration: 12 months
- Start dates: Rolling throughout the year
- Salary: $10-$14/hour + tips

Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests, present menus and daily specials
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and drinks following service standards
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and comply with health regulations
- Process payments and manage POS systems
Requirements
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality or tourism school
- English level: B2 minimum
- Minimum 6 months of relevant professional or internship experience
- Valid passport (minimum 18 months validity)
- Between 18 and 30 years old at program start
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
