Responsibilities
Managing information and broad administration support/ Enquiry Handling/ Work with Michelle on the development of new business continually /Daily Maintenance of social networks sites /Develop a plan to increase likes,click through & followers for Dream Irish Wedding /Monitoring & reporting on same in line with targets /Assisting with event planning & organization /Weekly Blogs for the Dream Irish Wedding Site – creating the blog and work on the SEO
to increase exposure of blog./ Monthly Ezine /Doing style /mood boards for our clients /Continue building of existing databases of both vendors & clients /Assist with events off site if applicable /Communicating with internal & external customers/ Assist with research & admin as required for company PR & publicity opportunities /Site visits to some approved Mc Events venues /Self-development /Other items which may arise but still in keeping with the Administrative role

Profile required
Fluent English, available for 6 months. Good communication skills, interest in weddings and events in general.
Recruitment process
First Skype interview with PIC Management and presentation of vacancies. Confirm the vacancy with your school (internship agreement) and activate your application.
Fee charged only once the internship is secured with the host company you previously chose. 385 euros for a 3 months internship, 15 euros/additional week
