Description

Our partner based in Bethnal Green, London, is looking for an intern letting negotiator to join as soon as possible the company for a three-month placement, with the potential of advancing to a full time paid role.

As Intern you will have an amazing opportunity to shine and prove yourself with careful guidance and training from our management team.

Responsibilities

Your role will be diverse and varied providing hands-on experience in all aspects:

-Conducting viewings and letting properties
-Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
-Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
-Facilitating a let through to move in
-Organise properties maintenance
-Ensure compliance by adhering to company standards and current legislation in line with service level agreements
-Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants
-Registering enquiries and arranging appointments
-Co-ordinating move-ins
-A hard working and positive attitude is essential to this role.

Profile required

-Exceptional communication skills - both written and spoken
-Good English language (written and spoken). Other languages like Italian or German are a plus.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google drive.
-Knowledge of different social medium platforms as well as being able to maintain the tone of voice for the company
-Ability to work under pressure
-An outgoing, confident personality
-Well organised, with great time management skills
-Friendly, approachable and patient
-Flexible and trustworthy
-Ability to learn quickly
-Always willing to take on a fresh challenge
-Ability to work independently and as part of a small dynamic team

Fee charged only once the internship is secured with the host company you previously chose. 385 euros for a 3 months internship, 15 euros/additional week
