The sales department strategically places business in the hotel to maximize overall revenue while maintaining positive professional business relationships with their customers. Help the sales team to magnify the hotel revenue while offering the most friendly and professional attitude to the guest; and make them feel like there’s no other place like our partner.
Responsibilities
- - Create profiles in PMS OPERA & accounts in KAM (Key Account Management)
- Monthly production FIT & Corporate
- Production reports from Opera
- Prepare daily arrival report for next day from OPERA
- Prepare sales kits & Giveaway bags, sales trips, purchase orders
- Inform clients on hotel facilities
- Answer clients requests and petitions

Profile required
The perfect candidate is a responsible, efficient, reliable, dynamic & creative team player who is able to multitask, work under pressure with attention to details. He's able to work in English and Spanish and study business.
Recruitment process
First Skype interview with PIC Management and presentation of vacancies. Confirm the vacancy with your school (internship agreement) and activate your application.
Fee charged only once the internship is secured with the host company you previously chose. 385 euros for a 3 months internship, 15 euros/aditional week
