Our partner is currently looking for an intern who could support the team in coordinating client projects with local teams of specialists.
Responsibilities
During this internship, you can expect to be involved it the following areas:
- Support to client management (transcreation projects primarily): daily client projects - project management, coordination with the teams of specialists around the world, briefing, time and budget management; creation of optimised working tools; consistency checks; editing in your mother tongue etc.
- Daily management and update of the pool of talent around the world: talent search and skill assessment, creative judgement, developing new partnerships with collaborators.
- Active participation to the life of the website and marketing: content update, articles, presentations, adapt or create new marketing material etc.
- Administrative tasks: data and invoice processing, payments, etc.

Profile required
You are an enrolled student at the university. You are English fluent and you are availble for a 4 to 6 internship. You study languages, communication, business or similar.
Recruitment process
First Skype interview with PIC Management and presentation of vacancies. Confirm the vacancy with your school (internship agreement) and activate your application.
Fee charged only once the internship is secured with the host company you previously chose. 385 euros for a 3 months internship, 15 euros/additional week
