To assist with the design and production of up-cycled furniture and intelligent garden design and engineering.
Company's presentation
Urban landscaping company which provides garden design, installation and maintenance services as well as a line of outdoor furniture. The project aims to offset and alleviate problems related to the “heat island” by combining permaculture methods with the use of up-cycled furniture.
The long term goal is to develop and create a series of “green” corridors on the rooftops and balconies of gardens throughout central Athens in order to reduce CO2 emissions, heating/cooling costs and demonstrate the viability of urban gardens in cities throughout the mediterranean basin.
Profile required
Looking for a postgraduate student in industrial design or landscape architecture. An applicant with basic design and engineering knowledge, as well as a willingness to learn new skills is desired.
